Return, Refund & Replacement Policy

Return requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase. 

Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging, with all tags, labels, and accessories intact. 

A valid invoice, receipt, or order confirmation is mandatory for return initiation. 

Custom made-to-order products 

Items marked as Final Sale, Clearance, or Non-Returnable 

Products that are used, damaged post-delivery, or altered in any form 

Replacement requests for defective, damaged, or incorrect items must be raised within 7 days of delivery. 

Provide photo/video evidence of the issue. 

Upon approval, we will deliver a replacement within 7–10 business days. 

No additional cost will be charged for genuine replacements resulting from damage or error on our part. 
 

Refunds are applicable for items that meet the return criteria and pass our internal quality check. 

Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment only. 
 

Refunds will be credited within 5–7 business days to the original payment method after receiving and verifying the returned product. 

Depending on your bank or payment provider, the credit may take additional time to reflect in your account. 
 

Always use a trackable courier service when returning items. 

Items returned without prior approval or beyond the return window may not be accepted.
