National Shipping Policy (within India)

We use the best carriers in the business to make sure your order gets to you on time. From the Secure Checkout page you'll see your item description, price and delivery timing. Our courier partner does not count Sundays, or National Holidays in their guaranteed delivery time.

Tracking information is available within your account as well.

Regarding delivery times, please note that all our products are meticulously handcrafted, the turnaround period to have them in stock may take some time. However, we strive to be well-prepared for the majority of our orders.

Upon receiving an order, our estimated dispatch time is within 24-48 business working hours. Subsequently, the estimated delivery time typically ranges from 3-7 business working days. It's important to consider that the exact delivery duration may vary based on the specific location.

Once the order has been shipped, cancellations cannot be accepted.

We ship to all the locations served by Shiprocket & DTDC.

Please ensure you provide the complete & accurate shipping address including zip code and a mobile number. This will help us in delivering your order smoother.

We expect you to take proper videos & photos while unboxing the package in order to claim any returns against damages occured during transit.

All domestic prepaid orders are inclusive of the shipping. In COD we charge a minimal amount of Rs 50/- for shipping.

National Return Policy (within India)

In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, please send us an unboxing video or photo of the damaged product within 24 hours of receiving your order. In case of valid proof, the product shall be replaced. There will be no additional shipping charges applicable in such cases.

International Shipping Policy

We ship through DHL express/ UPS.
Customs are taken care by US & there are no hidden charges.

International Return Policy

We currently do not offer returns. Each product is handcrafted and carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. Many of our items are made in limited batches, which makes returns difficult to process.

Products purchased under special deals or campaign pricing (including the VegNews Special Deal) are final sale and are not eligible for returns.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or a video. We will be happy to assist you.
